Missedwondering Walk-In Tubs wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep notes in writing.
We still want to know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please understand that Missedwondering Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
